Application Guidelines for Entry-Level Positions

Recruitment Positions Regular, Full-Time Employment.
*Position is determined based on the applicant's suitability. Main groups for placement have been the Sales
Department, the Sales Operations Department, and the Marketing Department.
Company Locations Headquarters and Branch/Sales Offices (Tokyo, Nagano, Nagoya, Kanazawa, Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyushu, overseas)
Work Hours 9:00 - 17:30 *Flex-time hours are available. Core hours are 11:00 - 15:00
Recruiting Criteria Students who are planning to graduate from undergraduate or graduate programs, as well as those who have already graduated from a university.
Number of Positions A small number.

Selection

Selection Methods Document screening, individual interviews, aptitude testing.
Documents to Submit Resume/CV (with photo attached), official academic transcripts, certificate of (expected) graduation, certified health report.
*The health report, official academic transcripts, and certificate of (expected) graduation are not required unless specifically requested by our company.

Salary/Benefits (Compensation)

Salary Bachelor's Degree: 217,800 JPY per month (195,800 JPY base salary + 22,000 JPY uniform salary supplement)
Postgraduate Degree: 222,600 JPY per month (200,600 JPY base salary + 22,000 JPY uniform salary supplement)
Other Allowances Salary supplement, full compensation for commuting expenses (up to 100,000 JPY per month), housing subsidy (for relocation).
*A relocation allowance (lump sum) and housing subsidy is available for employees who relocate due to transfer after joining the company.
Pay Raises Once yearly (April).
*Determined via an ability assessment, based on our personnel review system.
Bonuses Twice yearly (June and December).
Days Off Two days off per week (Saturday/Sunday), National Holidays, Company's Founding Anniversary, New Year's Break; Total Number of Days off in 2016: 123. Yearly Paid Leave (13 days the first year, up to a maximum of 20 days per year). Family care leave.
Insurance Complete social insurance package (health insurance, employee pension insurance, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation insurance).
Benefits Recreational facilities, child & nursing care leave system, cash-contribution system (marriage & birth), retirement plan, foreign language (English/Chinese) education support system (corporate contract with both school & online formats), active lunches and direct lunches.
Educational Systems Business seminars (logical thinking, facilitation skills, financial statement analysis, etc.), product and technical training (product-related skills/knowledge, factory tours, etc.).
*We are putting significant resources into employee education, and in addition to training designated by the company, it is also possible to participate in external training if it is deemed necessary for work.

New Employee Training and Evaluations

New Employee Training After being assigned a department, new employees will receive a senior employee as their OJT (On-the-Job Training) director. With the OJT director leading the process, the manager, OJT director and new employee will meet to create a half-year development plan and then begin on-the-job training. Development plans and the employee's development status will be reviewed and revised several times per year.
Personnel System We have incorporated a personnel evaluation system to clearly define the roles and competencies expected of employees and present directional goals and growth challenges in an easy-to-understand manner.
We also aim for continuous improvement of our personnel evaluation system and work to identify issues and make enhancements.
