Diversity Initiative

We have established corporate policies to promote diversity within our company.

With a goal of developing the business & leadership skills of our female employees, as well as building their networks outside of our company, we have made gender-diversity a part of our corporate strategy and we began participating in the activities of NPO “J-Win” as of June, 2013.
